APN’s Asian REIT Fund (“Fund”) suits long term investors seeking income (paid monthly) and some capital growth. The Fund invests in listed Asian Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) providing investors with exposure to an underlying portfolio of high quality commercial property predominantly located in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore*.

Geographic diversification

APN’s Asian REIT Fund is the same as its Australian cousin, except it offers access to Asia’s most globalised cities at the heart of the world’s fastest growing region.


Income focused

The Fund currently yields 6.19%pa1. Income is largely derived from the rents received on the underlying portfolio of commercial property held by the REITs.

Lower volatility

Because we select REITs based on a disciplined investment approach proven over 20 years, we aim to deliver returns with less risk than the market.

No entry/exit fees

The Fund charges a management cost of 0.98% pa and buy/sell spreads of 0.3%. There are no entry, contribution, performance, withdrawal or exit fees.


100% liquid

You can apply for and redeem units on a daily basis4.
