APN’s Asian REIT Fund (“Fund”) suits long term investors seeking income (paid monthly) and some capital growth. The Fund invests in listed Asian Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) providing investors with exposure to an underlying portfolio of high quality commercial property predominantly located in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore^.

APN’s Asian REIT Fund is the same as its Australian cousin, except it offers access to Asia’s most globalised cities at the heart of the world’s fastest growing region.

The Fund currently yields 5.80%pa1. Income is derived from the rents received on the underlying portfolio of commercial property held by the REITs.
